I build practical tools that fix the workflows I work inside every day. By day I do business development at Beagle. Alongside that, I turn operational friction into usable products: a real-time DNC protection system, an outbound writing tool, and a browser game that explains what we do.

Featured projects

Two products I'm actively building, and a game I made after work to explain what Beagle does.

Featured build
DNC compliance and calling protection, built into the workflow reps already use.

In my first week at Beagle I noticed reps could unintentionally call numbers that required Do Not Call review. Rather than add another manual step, I built protection directly into HubSpot. Watchdog has since grown from an extension into a centralized system with shared DNC intelligence, dialing protection, an admin dashboard, and company-wide controls.

Write Human. Sell Smarter.

Trigr checks cold outreach while it's being written. It flags language that weakens a message, then helps rewrite it into clearer, more honest outreach without inventing facts about the person or company on the other end. Better outreach should not require pretending to know more than you do.

SubjectRenters insurance compliance at Northwind
Hi Jordan, we're the industry-leading platform for compliance and I know your team is struggling with renters insurance. Since we spoke last quarter, I wanted to follow up.

Compliance Run

Instead of another landing page, a game about what Beagle actually does.

You play Doug, Beagle's compliance dog, walking an apartment community with a property compliance meter and a handful of resident scenarios. Verify a policy, catch a coverage gap, enroll someone on the spot, or chase down a no-answer. You only have so much time, so turn on Beagle's automated follow-up and the rest gets handled in the background while you keep moving. That's what "less chasing, more compliance" looks like when you can play it.

More unofficial projects

More experiments, internal tools, and unofficial projects are in the works. I'll add them here once I'm able to share more.

The best solutions start with understanding how people actually work.

I work in business development at Beagle, helping property managers and property management companies strengthen renters insurance compliance, reduce liability exposure, and uncover additional revenue across their portfolios. Being close to how those teams actually operate is what led me to start building alongside the role.

Before SaaS, I built and ran my own pressure washing and window cleaning business, generating roughly $148K in annual revenue through entirely self-sourced business development. That meant prospecting from scratch, earning trust quickly, managing a pipeline, closing, and owning the entire customer experience.

I enjoy being close enough to a problem to understand it firsthand, then figuring out whether there's a better way to solve it.

  • Practical operational problems

Always happy to connect with people in property management, SaaS, sales, automation, and product development.

Business Development Representative at Beagle

Joined Beagle, a direct renters insurance carrier, after a work trial that included seven live product demonstrations. I prospect and qualify property management companies nationwide, run outbound from first touch through demo scheduling, partner with Account Executives on pipeline, and build the research and prospecting workflows behind it. In week one I identified a DNC workflow risk and built Watchdog, now deployed internally.
